Specialist, Ad Sales Operations

Maximize commercial inventory by managing the spots ordered by the sales team.Maintain and manage inventory for the network in current and future weeks.Edit/manipulate logs for the network by placing commercials based on information provided by agencies and sales.Partner closely with ad sales team to reduce liability and to stay on pace with budget.Be able to communicate inventory needs and availability for sales and sales planning.Resolve any conflicts and issues that advertisers have by suggesting network specific solutions.Ensure all spots and program media are ready to air by working with copy, program operations, and master control.Subject matter expert for this position’s network.Share new methodologies and efficiencies with other team members.Back up other log team members in their absence.Work with inventory team for inventory needs.Become familiar with other network’s idiosyncrasies.Understand the relationship between the two sales entities to maximize revenue.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. 3-5 years of log experience.Previous experience with any traffic systems required.
