Position will also lead internal communications as needed. • Develop and execute a formalized communication process with key stakeholder on marketing campaigns • Develops and executes internal engagement and culture communications strategy that maintains morale and builds one great team • Develop enterprise level marketing communications strategy for organization, as well as communication strategies for individual lines of business • Manage content and functionality of company website • Develop media strategy, and identify and build relationships with relevant media outlets in Company markets • With the Marketing Director, develop a Social Media strategy for company • Develop and execute content strategy for all company business lines • Manage opt-in and execution of Social Media content from OEM partners • Provide direction and training, as needed, to internal stakeholders on Social Media strategy • Manage and appropriately handle any postings, DMs and reviews posted on our social sites • Utilize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to develop email campaigns and campaign landing pages • Project a positive image by interacting with employees, customers, and management • Recommend to manager ideas to improve the departments operating procedures or business practices and participate in and support continuous improvement of all related activities and processes • Project a positive image by interacting with fellow employees, customers, and management in a cooperative, supportive, and courteous manner; display a professional attitude; comply with company dress code • Create and maintain good communications (verbally and in writing) and relationships with other Company departments, branches, employees, outside vendors, and customers by addressing and resolving concerns quickly • Travel to other locations as required to perform assigned duties, maintaining a valid operator’s license • Follow all work, safety rules, and procedures • Perform other duties as necessary and assigned
