The Advertising & Marketing Specialist (Internal) will support the Marketing Department in helping to ensure our brand standards are communicated internally and reflected in all of our internal communications. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Bachelor’s Degree, Background, or Experience in Marketing, Advertising or equivalent experience 5-7 years’ experience in Communication, Advertising, Promotions, or equivalent experience Highly self-directed Ability to work independently or in a team environment Knowledge of Social Media platforms and analytics Confident and articulate and able to inspire and engage others Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to manage detail work and communicate project status effectively to all levels Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver corporate communications strategy, tactics and demonstrated successful metrics Travel to other locations as required to perform assigned duties, maintaining a valid operator’s license Strong verbal, written, persuasion, analytical and interpersonal skills Excellent organization and computer skills That’s why we’ve adopted a mixed remote work environment.
