Specialist Advertising & Marketing

The Advertising & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting Boyd's digital marketing, advertising, social media, CRM, eCommerce, lead management and marketing communications initiatives. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, Rental, Used Equipment, Customer Service, Regional Sales Managers and Machinery Sales Representatives to maintain accurate customer data, support CRM users, strengthen customer engagement and execute communications and marketing strategies that drive business growth. 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, communications, CRM or related business support preferred Experience with social media management, digital marketing, lead generation activities or related marketing technologies preferred. Support the development and execution of eCommerce strategies in partnership with the marketing team.
