Amazon Account Manager Mission of the role: This role supports the Amazon Lead and team to keep our Amazon account healthy, compliant, in-stock, and review-positive, while running basic PPC checks and reporting to support growth. • Reviews & Customer Feedback: Manage review requests (policy-compliant), remove eligible negatives, reply to Q&A/feedback, and run simple initiatives to lift star ratings. • Inventory Management & Transparency: Track velocity and plan replenishment; create/track FBA shipments; reconcile shortages; manage Transparency codes/activations/claims. This is a 100% remote role where the potential hire must be equipped with the following to carry out this role effectively: - Laptop / CPU with acceptable speed - At least 2 monitor screen (inclusive of laptop screen) - Headset with Mic (Noise cancelling) - Webcam - Designated Workstation - Stable and strong power and internet connectivity - Noise-free and conducive environment
