Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid (4 days on site)
Pay Rate: $49/hr
Contract Length: 7 Months with possibility for extension

We at Raise are hiring a Sponsorships & Brand Marketing Specialist for one of our top clients. Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day relationships with lines of business, agency partners, and sponsorship properties
Developing and executing strategic partnership activations (tier 1 and tier 2)
Overseeing banking WM brand advertising and partner integration
Reporting and analyzing key metrics to optimize campaign tactics
Cross-platform integration of banking WM programming through sponsorships
Onsite activation as-needed

Must-Have Skills:

Degree or certificate in Marketing, communications, and/or Advertising.
2.5+ years of experience in brand marketing and sponsorship activation, with a strong understanding of digital/social platforms and results reporting/analytics tools.
Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, along with strong SharePoint skills.
Superb soft skills
Proven ability to innovate and create differentiating, proprietary marketing programs to build brand leadership; proven expertise in flawless program execution
Strong time and budget management skills and the ability to multi-task
Experience building partnerships and managing complex relationships with external partners
Proficiency in results reporting and strong analytical skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of the financial services industry
Knowledge of U.S. market
