The Facility Manager is responsible for the overall management of the facility including planning, developing, scheduling and marketing profitable programs of interest, providing leadership and direction to all departments and staff, and building relationships/addressing needs with all different user groups of the Ice Arena. -Oversee the financial management, marketing, daily ice operations and maintenance of mechanical equipment, and community relations for the Revolution Ice Arena. -Manage the contractors responsible for maintaining the mechanical infrastructure in the building including the ice plant. -Meeting the annual advertising and sponsorship goals for the rink.. -Assist the owner in the preparation of the annual budget, monthly and year-end re-forecasting and other analytical spreadsheets as requested or needed. $40,000 to $50,000 per year
