As a Senior Account Manager, you are a programmatic expert specializing in DSP display and video, with deep agency experience. You will serve as a strategic and consultative partner to agency leadership across account planning, strategy, investment, and activation teams. Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions with ability to partner on agency strategy at senior leadership levels Create and identify new insights based on first-party and third-party research Preferred Qualifications • 10+ years work experience in Advertising with experience owning media buying/planning across digital advertising, eCommerce, and/or linear broadcast/streaming TV focused roles • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering or Business; MBA is a plus • Excellent organizational, relationship-building, and communication (written and verbal) skills • Programmatic strategy, emerging AI tool adoption, and implementation experience • Proven track record of delivering results (including revenue targets) and significantly contributing to advertiser revenue growth • Experience defining team processes and best practices • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop others • Experience working across diverse groups and communicating across increasing diversity of locales, roles, and functions • Ability to make smart trade-offs and understand what will have long-lasting impact on agency business
