Responsibilities • Operate as the lead point-of-contact for any and all matters specific to assigned clients and thrive in a dynamic environment • Manage multiple Account Coordinators to assist you in your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships and acknowledge every client/business is different • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, client stakeholders, and leadership executives • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions and reports, according to client campaigns and objectives • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders • Forecast and track key account metrics including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and E-commerce data • Identify and grow opportunities and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations, as needed We’re kind of like one big (or small depending on where you’re from) family.
