As the Senior Administrator for our Global Marketing team based out of our headquarters in Modesto, CA, some of your typical duties will be • Meeting Maestro-orchestrate meetings by setting the perfect dates, preparing engaging materials, recording minutes, and coordinating all the logistics like a pro • Budget Wizardry-turn numbers into magic by tracking budgets, processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and handling expense reports • Calendar Conductor-keep everyone on track with your impeccable calendar management and scheduling skills • Travel Guru-plan efficient travel, including transportation, lodging, meals, and detailed itineraries • Department Dynamo-coordinate departmental information, oversee marketing materials inventory, and handle marketing shipments with flair • Presentation Prodigy-create and refine stunning PowerPoint presentations, insightful reports, and eye-catching marketing materials • Event Extraordinaire-provide logistical support for the annual ABC conference and other events • Proposal Powerhouse-assist with requests for proposals, vendor evaluation, selection, and contract management, making sure we partner with the best • File Fanatic-maintain and update files, including correspondence, contracts, and agency reports, keeping everything neat and tidy • Relationship Builder-establish and maintain solid working relationships with committee members, fostering a collaborative and friendly atmosphere Our ideal candidate requirements • An AA/AS degree in business administration or a related field, along with 5-7 years of experience providing high-level administrative and financial management support • You’re a people person, a problem solver, and a team player extraordinaire
