JOB OPENING #: 9748POSITION TITLE: Senior Advertising Review Specialist POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Paralegal Certificate preferred.Minimum 10 years of business experience required; experience in the financial services or legal industry preferred.Minimum 8 years of experience reviewing advertising, sales literature, marketing materials, or mutual fund/advisory products required.Working knowledge of mutual funds and investment advisory services and products required.Familiarity with non-U.S. marketing requirements and working with Compliance staff required.Familiarity with the Global Investment Performance Standards (GIPS) required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office required.Must possess Series 7 and Series 24 FINRA registrations or be willing to obtain them within a reasonable period following hire.MAJOR DUTIES: Strong analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills, with a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated technical expertise and professional competence regarding regulatory rules, issues, and interpretations affecting the preparation, review, and approval of complex advertising, sales literature, and marketing materials.Ability to work effectively as part of a team.COMMENCEMENT DATE: 08/03/2026We are interested in qualified candidates who are eligible to work in the United States.
