We're shaping brand stories, driving scalable growth, and setting new standards for what performance looks like on the world's biggest retail platform. What You'll Be Doing • Lead and optimize Amazon search campaigns and other retail media strategies • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform client strategy • Analyze campaign data to create clear, actionable recommendations • Leverage AI tools and delegate resources to improve performance and workflow • Stay current on industry trends and best practices, and own SME-level expertise in up to three advertising functions • Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate directly with clients What You Bring • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred) • Advanced hands-on experience with Amazon Ad Console and 3rd-party platforms • Proven leadership in campaign strategy and team mentorship (including junior team members) • Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets proficiency • Detail-oriented with excellent organization and time management skills • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) You'll be based in Symphony Towers, one of San Diego's premier office spaces that offers: • Stunning views of the city and coastline • Free access to the building gym • Discounts at restaurants and cafes in the tower • Secure bike racks in the building and 24/7 paid parking in a nearby downtown structure • Close walking distance to 100+ of the top bars, restaurants, and coffee shops Our office is designed for comfort, productivity, and collaboration, featuring: • Ergonomic standing desks and high-quality workstations • A fully stocked snack bar, espresso machine, and cold drinks • A welcoming team lounge area and sunny workspaces • A clean, modern space where we can do our best work together Benefits & Perks Our people are our #1 priority.
