Utilize data and insights to identify growth opportunities, inform product improvements, and optimize marketing campaigns for the frozen segment.Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and the Senior Director of Disruptive Innovations on product innovation, renovation, and commercialization within the frozen RTE portfolio, ensuring offerings meet market needs and brand standards.Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the Frozen RTE tier, contributing to P&L management by optimizing pricing, promotional activities in collaboration with cross‑functional team, and cost structures to achieve profitability targets.Work closely with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of frozen RTE brand plans.Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Frozen RTE tier, including sales, market share, brand awareness, and consumer sentiment.
