Sr. Digital Creative Strategist (Paid Media) Hybrid Philadelphia, PA The Role This is a creative strategy role focused on performance marketing. Key Responsibilities • Develop 20–25+ ad concepts per week across formats (static, video, UGC briefs, carousels) • Research competitors, trends, customer reviews, ad libraries, Reddit, and social comments to uncover insights • Write clear, actionable creative briefs for designers and video editors • Analyze ad performance data to identify what is working and why, then iterate • Build and maintain a structured creative testing framework (hook variants, messaging angles, formats) • Collaborate with the brand/creative team to ensure performance creative remains on-brand • Present weekly creative performance recaps with clear insights and next steps What We’re Looking For • Must-Haves • 5+ years in performance creative or creative strategy for DTC brands • Hands-on experience developing ad creative for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok • Proven track record of ads that scaled past $10K+ per day in spend • High-volume output mindset; able to ideate quickly without sacrificing quality • Deep understanding of direct-response principles (hooks, angles, CTAs, social proof) • Comfortable reading dashboards and translating metrics into creative decisions • Portfolio or examples of high-performing ad concepts personally developed • Nice-to-Haves • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or CPG brands • Familiarity with YouTube and Pinterest ad formats • Experience briefing and managing UGC creators • Understanding of landing page optimization and conversion rate principles • Experience with creative analytics tools such as Motion, Triple Whale, or Haus
