This position is perfect for you if you: \\- are a highly analytical leader with a proven track record of driving and accelerating revenue growth to lead new customer acquisition efforts, increase retention and grow brand awareness. \\- Manage campaign optimizations while measuring performance and running constant testing \\- Support marketing campaigns on Paid Ads, display banner and related marketing content Analytics / Reporting while working with outside agencies to manage them \\- Responsible for measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) \\- Responsible for identifying trends and insights, and optimizing spend and performance based on the insights \\- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests \\- Responsible for measuring and reporting performance of Website performance REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: \\- PROVEN Experience in creating successful ads for events (both in-person and virtual) and eCommerce product sites. \\- Google Ad Certified Professional KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: \\- Knowledge of advanced and current SEO practices, experience with SEO reporting.
