If you're passionate about automotive innovation and creative marketing solutions, this is your opportunity to grow with a dynamic agency.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for automotive clients, including dealerships, OEMs, and suppliers, fostering strong relationships, understanding their unique needs, and delivering solutions that exceed expectations.Develop and maintain high client satisfaction through regular updates, reports, strategic insights, and education on best practices for automotive digital marketing, such as paid social, search ads, and inventory-based advertising.Ensure effective execution of all monthly deliverables for the services clients pay for, aligning with their goals and brand objectives.Communicating effectively internally and externally for transparency and keeping accountability.Project Leadership & PlanningOversee end-to-end management of automotive marketing campaigns, including digital (SEO, SEM, social media, programmatic), inventory marketing, and more.Collaborate with creative and execution specialists to develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and optimizations tailored to the automotive industry's competitive landscape.Develop and implement detailed campaign plans based on both monthly OEM offers and long term dealership goals. Set and exceed KPIs, actively manage budgets, and align with manufacturer co-op requirements to maximize reimbursement opportunities.Write and collaborate on concise, effective creative briefs (CBs) based on ad placement (e.g., social ads, display ads, email campaigns) to guide the creative team.Team Coordination & Strategy ImplementationLead cross-functional teams, including designers, junior project managers, execution specialists, and external vendors, to ensure seamless execution.Provide strategic input on ad creative, audience targeting, messaging, and optimizations for optimal lead generation, showroom traffic, and sales conversions.Monitor market trends, automotive consumer behaviors, and competitor activities to refine strategies.Onboarding new automotive dealerships to our agency and onboarding individual services based on monthly deliverables.Budget, Resource & Performance ManagementManage monthly budgets, track expenditures, optimize resource allocation, and allocate ad spend based on ROI and dealership-specific sales goals to maximize ROI.Utilize a broad range of marketing and project management tools as well as automotive CRM platforms to track internal projects and client campaigns performance.Provide weekly and monthly performance reports and actionable insights to clients and internal teams, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving continuous optimization.Risk, Process & ComplianceIdentify potential project risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure projects stay on track despite challenges.Implement and refine project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) to enhance efficiency, scalability, and internal processes.Ensure all deliverables adhere to client brand guidelines, automotive-specific advertising regulations, compliance standards, and marketing best practices.Strong time management to launch monthly offers effectively, getting new offers live on client websites and advertising platforms in a timely manner.QualificationsExperience5-7+ years of project management experience in a marketing or advertising agency, with at least 3 years focused on the automotive industry.Proven success managing large-scale, multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for automotive brands (e.g., OEMs, dealerships, tier-one suppliers, or aftermarket products), including inventory-based advertising, lead generation, co-op marketing, and customer retention strategies.Experience managing multiple dealership accounts (up to 10 or more) and working with automotive-specific metrics like lead generation, showroom traffic, sales conversions, and ROI.EducationBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus.Certifications in Google Ads and Meta.SkillsExceptional organizational, time-management, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting deadlines.Strong understanding of automotive marketing trends, consumer behavior, and industry challenges (e.g., electrification, sustainability, connected cars).Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Teamwork).Advanced knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media (Meta, TikTok), programmatic advertising, Google Ads, and paid media specific to automotive.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex strategies for clients, manage expectations, and lead diverse teams.Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights for campaign optimization and reporting.Technical ProficienciesMicrosoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, Project Management System (e.g. Teamwork, monday.com, Asana, Basecamp), CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, DealerCentric, ELeads, DealerSocket, VinSolutions, AutoLeadStar).Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ad Insights, etc. Join a forward-thinking agency where your growth, well-being, and success are our top priorities.
