Job Overview: The Senior Director, Advertising & Brand Identity Creative will be the key creative leader for the Macy's brand, as well as our stellar collection of Private Label brands, and the ways in which Macy's show up across marketing platforms and consumer touchpoints. • Think strategically about how to turn business challenges into breakthrough concepts and executions. • At least 10 years leading/managing a creative team; retail experience preferred but not required.
