You will serve as a trusted partner to the CMO, bringing structure to ambiguity, improving decision velocity, and building operating mechanisms that keep Marketing aligned, accountable, and connected to commercial impact. Partner with Marketing leadership and People teams on organizational design, talent planning, team effectiveness, change management, and business transformation. Who you are A senior operator with experience in marketing operations, business operations, strategy, consulting, program management, or a similar function within a complex, fast‑growing technology company. A strong communicator who can distill complex inputs into crisp narratives, executive‑ready materials, and clear decisions. Strong business judgment with the ability to connect Marketing priorities to company strategy, commercial impact, and operational execution.
