The Sr Director - Growth Marketing and Campaign Management collaborates with the marketing team to lead the development, execution, management, and optimization of comprehensive marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for • Partnering with Product Marketing, Segment Marketing, Customer Market Research, and internal and external SMEs to develop a deep understanding of enterprise and public sector customers, including key business challenges, their top operational objectives, and their buying behaviors. • Manages the relationship with the CMO organization and builds relationships with agency partners • Designing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns tailored to engage and attract Global Enterprises & Public Sector, ensuring that they align with business objectives and brand values • Develop an end-to-end customer journey with tactics and scoring to identify engaged customers and accounts and drive them to 1:1 sales engagement. • Demonstrated ability to formulate and implement strategic plans; exceptional analytical skills; experience with Lean and Agile methodologies is preferred.
