Sr. Director, Market Expansion

Role Scope: We are looking for a mission-driven, experienced leader with proven experience managing and leading expansion processes for Medicare or Medicaid products and/or care delivery solutions, and who is passionate about bringing the benefits of PACE to seniors who need access and support to keep living independently at home. • Design and execute a market expansion strategy, including but not limited to: • Maintain a state-by-state market PACE landscape map with key information on market attractiveness and viability, including state-specific regulatory considerations • Collaborate with leadership and Partnership/BD team to determine market prioritization based on Habitat's growth plan • Create and maintain state-specific key stakeholder maps which includes key partners and influencers to drive successful market entry in that state • Clear status reporting of market entry status and timelines, with quick escalation of barriers • Oversee Habitat's state and federal RFP and/or application preparation and submission processes (including any ancillary licensing and/or renewal processes), including directly preparing applications • Represent Habitat Health and our JV partners in a trust-building way with external stakeholder meetings, including but not limited to legislators, CMS and State Medicaid leaders, advocacy organizations, lobbyists, and other external stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to deliver on market-entry strategies 6-8+ years healthcare experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid market expansion strategy.
