Job Description The Senior Director of Marketing & Communications for Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System oversees the development and execution of organization-wide marketing & communication strategies and develops an effective transfer of information to various audiences (both internal and external). Also oversees a variety of specialized marketing and communications responsibilities. Works to generate a climate of understanding and support for the health system, its mission, its accomplishments and its relationships with all audiences. • Collaborates with System Marketing team and local market leadership to accomplish organizational goals. • Works with System MarComm team and the Chief Marketing Officer to encourage and maintain consistency in policy, procedure and dealing with the many audiences of the organization.
