Sr Director of Digital Marketing

This is a high-impact role in driving new and returning customers to Crumbl across all sales channels and building awareness/excitement for the Crumbl brand. Responsibilities • Manage and oversee paid advertising strategy and execution • Track and analyzes return on ad spend • Assess budgets and revenue to ensure paid media is impacting sales positively • Build, test, optimize and analyze paid ad strategies • Support SVP of Marketing with strategy and budget distribution • Mentor and manage project distribution for paid media team members • Leverage paid ad channels to drive new customers into existing and new stores • Leverage Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, Pinterest, TradeDesk and other ad platforms to improve store performance and strategy on a national and local level. • Test new tools and platforms to improve Crumbl’s paid media strategy • Work with the creative team to design, test, and deploy ad creative • Work with the Customer Retention Manager to help improve loyalty and retention of new and existing customers • Help streamline processes to create more efficient execution of paid ad campaigns on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis • Leverage project management software to organize and prioritize tasks week-to-week and to keep the team updated • Reporting and updates: Use various tools for reporting on Crumbl strategy and performance Benefits & Perks • Medical, dental, and vision benefits • 15 days PTO/year • 10 paid holidays • Paid parental leave • Personal phone bill reimbursement • Gym reimbursement • Corporate DoorDash® DashPass membership • Regular company and team activities • 401k with competitive matching contribution plan • Excellent opportunities for career growth • Work in a hyper-growth company Crumbl HQ and franchisees provide employment for over 26,000 people across the United States, and all of our franchises are owned and operated by independent members of the local community.
