Sr. Director, Product Advertising Team Lead

Reporting to the Vice President, Head of Product Advertising in the Chief Marketing Office, these 3 Sr. Directors (1 each across Primary Care, Specialty Care and Oncology - responsible for US/Global, HCP/Consumer) will serve as the leadership team across this new vertical and will lead a team of Directors. • Demonstrated experience and industry recognition in leading creative excellence and breakthrough campaigns for products • Proven track record of leading teams to deliver direct to consumer and HCP campaigns that build brand equity, product consideration, and business impact • Has successfully led advertising and creative teams across different lifecycles (and therapeutic areas) • Inspirational leader that has driven new innovations and creative excellence with aptitude for leading and partnering with others to achieve best in class performance driven creative • Ability to manage diverse multi-disciplinary teams spread over multiple functions and geographies • Ability to engage agency leadership and creative directors to drive inspiration and compelling new ways to connect with customers • Expert ability to translate business goals and customer insights into creative strategies and campaigns • Excellent communication and people engagement skills across a matrixed organization • Strong business acumen with ability to link creative strategy to commercial metrics and convey insights to peers • Role model for the PFE Values (Courage, Excellence, Equity and Joy) • Possess a high energy level, sense of urgency, creativity, decisiveness, ability to work hard and well under pressure • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
