Then Indigo Sate might be the right place for you.Come help us develop and deliver work we can all be proud of.YOUR ROLEProvide Account LeadershipWork with clients to uncover additional business needs and objectives, craft appropriate strategies, and identify/implement marketing and content solutions to help achieve client goalsDevelop, design, and create solution options that paint a vision of what is possible for the clientProactively drive account strategy, planning, and tactics to monitor account health, develop growth opportunities and manage profitability by projectPitch all Indigo Slate offerings with a broad knowledge and understanding of the Creative, Marketing, and Technology offeringsAct as the main client POC for assigned clients and program(s), ensuring quality and excellence of all deliverables and touchpoints and maximizing profitabilityBuild and Grow Client RelationshipsUnderstand clients' business and generate new ideas to enhance client performanceBuilds trust, credibility, and client referrals, as well as developing multi-tiered client relationships and connectionsActively pursues new projects from client contacts via status calls and/or regular face-to-face meetingsKeeps apprised of client products/services/marketing developments that may be relevant to the teamBe a trusted partner and advocate for assigned clientsEffectively Lead TeamWork with a team of SMEs who manage and execute day-to-day project delivery tasks, effectively collaborate and provide guidance with cross-functional teamsFoster teamwork and a constructive work environment through coaching and mentoringProvide team leadership that rewards creativity and accountability across disciplines, leading to program successOwn the scoping and estimation of net new and extension work, as well as project briefing for internal teamReview and contribute to program plans, proposals, and pitches, providing input and insight to team membersDrive Against Stated Business ObjectivesMaintains or improves account profitabilityManage and drive pipeline activities as well as update, track and monitor the opportunity pipeline for the Account and Leadership teamsOwns revenue retention, margins, CSAT and program delivery successResponsible for YOY growth of assigned account territoryYOUR EXPERIENCEApproximately 5-7+ years of related industry experience, preferably at a creative or marketing/advertising agencyPreferred experience working with clients in the Technology spaceExperience managing large, complex global marketing initiativesDynamic leadership skills that can be applied to the internal team and clientsDemonstrated track record of client relationship development and serviceProven experience in managing teams working cross-functionally within an organizationPreferred experience owning revenue/quota target and executing growth plansSET YOURSELF APARTStrong knowledge or experience in marketing agency account management/coordination, technology solutions, client/campaign strategy, B2B marketing, design thinking, and product marketing/managementExperience in leading cross-functional teams/disciplines and aligning key stakeholder to the broader client/account vision and goalsStrong interpersonal/communication skillsConfident leader who can effectively navigate challenging situations with client and/or internal teams to achieve a positive outcome and team…
