Sr. FP&A Analyst

Adams Outdoor Advertising (AOA), the 4th largest and largest private Outdoor Advertising firm in the U.S., is seeking an experienced Sr. FP&A Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) principles, as well as experience in developing and maintaining financial models, preparing financial forecasts, and... developing annual budgets. • Assist with the preparation of Board of Directors materials, including financial presentations and reports • Significant exposure to C-Suite executives (CEO & CFO) • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making across the organization • Prepare financial forecasts for the short-term and long-term • Develop and manage the annual budget • Conduct variance analysis to identify and explain differences between actual and budgeted results • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the FP&A function • Effectively communicate to convey financial information and insights to various stakeholders. • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines. • Performs other functions as assigned.
