We are currently looking for a Sr. Here’s the mix of what you’ll be doing day to day: • Lead media strategy and planning, translating client business goals into strategic paid media campaigns by recommending KPIs, audiences, formats, tactics, platforms, publishers, and projecting performance • Leading set up, execution, optimizations and reporting for paid media campaigns across Programmatic, Display, Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest and traditional media formats • Creating monthly and/or quarterly reports for clients on goals and benchmarks to inform future strategies, working alongside the Analytics team to showcase results that have actionable plan • Overseeing budgeting recommendations and implementation for clients • Assist with campaign trafficking, tagging and billing, including trafficking programmatic campaigns in CM360 • Work closely with publishers and media partners to negotiate media buys and stay up to date on new product offerings • Prepare and maintain key media buying documents such as authorizations, orders, traffic sheets, and flowcharts • Providing real-time competitive auditing, monitoring, and planning for key clients • Support in researching, preparing and pitching new business opportunities • Serving as a leader and expert in non-search paid media planning/buying, representing the Matter team internally and externally and other paid media channels including programmatic, OOH, print, radio, and TV • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with the ability to generate insights, understand competitive analysis, and conduct market assessments • Spearheading and/or overseeing the setup, execution, optimizations and reporting for paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest • Demonstrate knowledge of paid advertising across media channels; stays current on any changes in paid advertising and propose new format/partnership ideas for clients • Experience creating and implementing solid paid media strategies, goal-setting and reporting • Experience working with larger cross-functional marketing teams, implementing campaigns in B2C and B2B including lead generation and client acquisition • Track record of delivering results for clients; raising brand awareness, driving demand and creating creative high-impact connections with customers • A desire to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, team-oriented environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Exceptional verbal and presentation skills • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant business experience • Paid volunteer time through our Helping Hands program.
