Reporting directly to Battelle's Director of Brand, Marketing Communications, you will be at the forefront of our mission to solve the world's most pressing scientific challenges. + Internal communications: Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies that inform and engage employees through leadership and employee messaging focused on brand, culture, mission, scientific and technological achievements, performance results and customer needs. + External Marketing and Communications: Design, implement, optimize and monitor comprehensive integrated marketing and communications campaigns, as well as leadership presentations, that align with Observatory strategic objectives, enhance brand visibility and drive the use of NEON data, specimens and other infrastructure resources. + Content Development and Management: Lead content planning, creation and distribution across various channels, including the NEON website, blogs, social media and the NEON newsletter.
