To this end, we have developed self-service advertising products that integrate advertising into the shopping experience from discovery to purchase. Our team is tasked with building marketing programs that increase awareness of our ad solutions while solving for key customer pain points that accelerate product adoption and ensure advertiser success. Specifically, we are looking for a high performing Sr. Marketing Manager who will own the development, execution, and impact of our marketing & creative programs for Sponsored Products. To be successful you’ll need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams. Key job responsibilities • Define the overall SMB marketing & creative strategy to increase awareness and utilization of Sponsored Products (audience segmentation, creative/content strategy, channel strategy, and marketing calendar) • Create on-brand, best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers to effectively build acquisition campaigns • Own end-to-end campaign management from ideation to execution and measurement • Audit existing content and identify gaps in content assets • Work across Marketing Managers, Content Creators, Designers, Program Managers, and business leadership to align channel initiatives with cross-functional team goals • Analyze, report on, and optimize against key performance metrics
