Paid Search Manager, you will be responsible for the search strategy, account management, ideation and innovation of testing, team management, and overall performance of the account. You will lead the creation and management of Search and YouTube campaigns across Google and Microsoft. Candidates should have a strong background and interest in emerging trends across marketing platforms and recognize the impact of digital marketing in an overall marketing strategy. Introduces improvements and evolves existing practices as necessary • Oversees a direct report by helping to prioritize workload, project management, and assist in career growth • Develops and fosters relationships across internal Search team, the larger media planning team, and clients • Solves client challenges through successful campaign management and by staying on top of industry trends and best practices • Aids in strategic development and leads execution for complex marketing tactics such as bid strategy frameworks, new automated campaign types, ad copy testing, KPI forecasting, advertising effectiveness, media mix modeling, and conversion attribution analysis • Refresh and manage campaigns' audience strategy as it relates to campaign goals and objectives • Works collaboratively and fosters a positive team mentality • Day-to-day contact with platform reps Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
