- Manage all aspects of campaign operations lifecycle across programmatic, paid search, and paid social, including campaign planning, ad-serving, pacing, performance monitoring and optimization, as well as partner relationship management; - Spearhead key optimizations or structural changes within platforms to improve performance and meet business goals; - Exhibit mastery of designated digital media platforms to enhance media performance and up-level junior team members; - Own and manage documentation of key learnings and best practices; - Expand skills beyond media management, taking an active role in project management, testing and innovation, and team development; - Collaborate consistently with internal teams such as DSAA, Brands, and FinOps to maintain and sustain the brand; - The office location for this role is Whippany, NJ. Candidates must be domiciled within the tri-state area (New York, New Jersey, or Connecticut) as this is a hybrid role and a presence at the Whippany office is expected at least 4 times per month.
