Paid Search Manager (AKA: Search Marketing Manager), will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of complex B2B paid search campaigns, conducting keyword research, and utilizing digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and conversions. This role offers the opportunity to shape paid search strategies for major B2B brands, collaborate with a talented team, and stay at the forefront of digital marketing innovation. This is a full-time on-site role (with two work-from-home days a month or four half-days) located in the greater Phoenix area. • Expertise in developing sophisticated analytics, both to facilitate campaign optimization and to present to clients effectively; ideally with experience using data aggregation tools like Datorama or Tableau • Strong experience with Paid Search Campaigns and Keyword Research • Proficiency in Paid Media Advertising and Digital Marketing strategies • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics • Strong skills in Web Analytics and data analysis • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or a related field At Elevation, we enjoy being in office together and we are passionate about culture, collaboration, learning and the community that it creates, and we are looking for employees who value this as well.
