Key Responsibilities: • Lead the identification, onboarding, and integration of publishers, ensuring timely execution • Negotiate pricing agreements to meet company growth targets • Cultivate and maintain relationships with tier 1 & tier 2 publishers • Proactively identify supply gaps and implement best practices in publisher setup • Drive the development and implementation of new initiatives to optimize publisher performance • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical issues and drive innovation • Provide insights to senior management to shape sales policies and strategies • Serve as the technical expert for publisher integrations and data partnerships • Expand publisher network through outreach, networking, and event participation • Collaborate with sales teams to develop winning strategies for opportunities and briefs • Work closely with the Publisher Operations team to forecast and manage supply effectively • Deliver exceptional client service to publishers and other stakeholders • Analyze inventory and fill rates across publisher groups to optimize performance • Identify key players in the data owner ecosystem and develop valuable relationships • Purchase 1st party data aligned with company goals and Data Program • Share insights with senior management to inform strategy and sales initiatives Skills/Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years experience working in sales or publisher/yield management • Thorough understanding of the technology landscape in digital advertising • Strong multitasking abilities with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Invibes?
