Sr Portfolio Marketing Specialist

OverviewSenior Portfolio Marketing Specialist – Remote full time, preferred EST time zone. Supports marketing initiatives across Altera Digital Health business units and solution teams by developing and executing strategic marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, pipeline growth, and sales enablement. Serves as a key partner to Sales and business unit leadership, ensuring marketing messaging, campaigns, and content align with organizational priorities and revenue objectives.Key Responsibilities Drive marketing efforts in support of Altera Digital Health business units and solution teams, aligning initiatives to organizational growth objectives.Collaborate with business unit leadership to develop and execute strategic marketing plans and campaigns.Partner closely with Sales teams to ensure marketing materials, campaigns, and sales messaging are consistent, relevant, and aligned to client needs.Work cross‑functionally with Creative, Communications, and Marketing Operations to execute campaigns, develop content, and optimize performance.Create and manage marketing assets including presentations, sales collateral, customer communications, digital content, and campaign materials.Execute and project‑manage multiple concurrent marketing initiatives, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics and marketing results to business unit leadership on a regular basis.Provide strategic recommendations and insights based on campaign performance, market trends, and stakeholder feedback.Support special projects and cross‑functional initiatives requiring strategic marketing leadership and collaboration.Qualifications5+ years of relevant marketing experience; 2–3 years at a senior specialist level or equivalent preferred.Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives, preferably within healthcare IT.Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales teams to develop aligned messaging, enablement materials, and go‑to‑market strategies.Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns, content strategy, and demand generation principles.Experience collaborating across cross‑functional teams and managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills with experience measuring campaign performance and presenting results to leadership.Advanced understanding of marketing strategy, business planning, and market positioning.Advanced MS Office Suite skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.Strong project management mindset with attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.EducationBachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.Working ArrangementsStandard work week or as defined by assignment requirements. Remote role, may also be performed in a standard office environment. May require after‑hours, on‑call support and/or holiday support.
