You’ll play a key role in shaping the future of self-service advertising at Best Buy Ads. You’ll join a collaborative, fast-paced team that values curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning. Key Responsibilities • Lead a team of product managers that support multiple initiatives that power the My Ads platform. Conduct market research to understand advertising offerings at other RMNs and evaluate the validity of that feature being a part of the roadmap for My Ads. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with enterprise Billing and Finance systems, i.e. Salesforce, Oracle • Familiarity with RMNs, digital advertising workflows, or media measurement • Understanding of media metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, ROAS) and digital ad platforms • Exposure to cloud data tools (GCP, BigQuery) • Comfortable collaborating across technical and business teams
