Key job responsibilities • Define and own the product roadmap, translating partner needs into compelling product strategy through market research, competitive analysis, and business cases that articulate vision and success metrics • Deeply understand partner pain points through direct engagement and data analysis, then prioritize and deliver features based on partner impact, business value, and technical feasibility throughout the full product lifecycle • Partner with engineering and data science teams to define requirements and build intelligent solutions, while collaborating with business and operations teams to align on go-to-market strategy and drive adoption • Define success metrics and KPIs, establish measurement frameworks, and drive continuous improvement by monitoring product performance and identifying optimization opportunities • Build relationships with senior leadership, present product updates to secure buy-in, and influence without authority to drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities • Stay current on AI/ML trends and emerging technologies, experiment with novel approaches to partner problems, and share learnings to elevate product thinking across the organization • Manage product backlogs, write detailed requirements, navigate ambiguity with incomplete information, and balance short-term wins with long-term strategic investments as the partner base scales • 2+ years of end to end product delivery experience • 5+ years of technical product or program management experience • Bachelor's degree • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition • Experience managing technical products or online services • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
