Sr. Risk Manager, Advertising Trust Policy Operations

We are seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to lead and own the establishment of a comprehensive program that measures and improves the performance of Ad Policies through data-driven insights. This is a fast paced, high-energy role that will provide an opportunity to make a direct difference in the lives of advertisers and customers. As a member of the Advertising Trust's Policy team, you'll work across Amazon's business lines to shape customer experience and long-term strategy for Amazon Advertising. 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience 5+ years of program or project Management experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level 7+ years of professional experience in risk management, policy operations, data analytics, or related fields Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, statistical methods, and performance measurement frameworks Proven track record of translating data insights into business impact Experience with policy, compliance, or trust and safety domains Criminal history may have a direct, adverse, and negative relationship with some of the material job duties of this position.
