St. Louis, MO - Compliance coordinator recruitment Ad

This role reports directly to the Compliance Manager and regularly collaborates with the onboarding and operations departments. Weekly hours: 40 per week (Required Overtime, which includes weekend hours, 6 weeks out of the year) Shifts: (a) 08:00 - 17:00 EST (07:00 - 16:00 CST, 06:00 - 15:00 MST, 05:00 - 14:00 PST) Schedule drivers for any district-specific or ongoing trainingMonitor and maintain drivers' status as kid-ready and update files accordinglyConduct a high volume of daily phone calls and text messagesBecome certified to teach and facilitate certain trainings (ie: training on policies, defensive driving etc.Review and process camera-related events (e.g., incidents, risk flags, complaints) in a timely and consistent mannerMaintain accurate documentation and tracking of all camera-related cases and activitiesCoordinate follow-up actions related to driver incidents, including information gathering and internal communicationSupport handling of footage-related requests by ensuring alignment with company policies and processesAssist in tracking repeat issues and supporting documentation for driver follow-up or coachingPerform routine quality checks to ensure documentation is complete and consistentPartner with Operations, Compliance, and other internal teams to ensure alignment in program executionEscalate complex or sensitive issues through appropriate channels when neededPerform other duties as assigned
