Our client is a Global Sports Media Entertainment Firm with a very young environment and culture has opened a newly created role on their Accounting Digital AdTech Team. Their team is seeking someone with at least 3 years of experience that will report to the Head of Team working along side many internal operational and marketing sales teams. This team is 3 days in office. Responsibilities: • Review all Accounting transactions and invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment received • Analyze and Review Revenue Recognition • Post and code all invoices into the accounting software system ensuring careful accuracy and precision • Update weekly check register in a timely and efficient manner • Research all vendor discrepancies and follows up on all adjustments • Fields accounts receivable inquiries from internal customers and external vendors • File and maintain all paid and unpaid invoices and statements • Provide analytical, administrative, clerical and project support to accounting department and management Skills/Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree is a Must; Degree in Accounting is preferred • 2+ years high volume Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Transactions • Proficient with Microsoft Excel • Understanding of Income Statement, Revenue, Balance Sheet and Expense Accruals is needed
