In addition, you will perform business development, account management and customer service activities to existing and prospective clients. * Participate with management and staff in the development of the branch’s budget and goals. * Monitors and participates in sales activities closely to assure that needs of future and current clients are anticipated appropriately. * Regularly directs the work of at least two or more other full-time employees or their equivalent. At least three years of experience in management, experience in staffing is preferred.
