Cocktails Catering is a rapidly growing full service catering company. Everest Concepts is looking for a staffing coordinator for join our rapid growing team. This job is great for someone with a HUGE SCOCIAL NETWORK and for someone who is looking to get their feet wet and learn about this fast paced event industry. • Responsible for bi-weekly payroll accuracy verification for payroll • Record contract attendance, communicate with director of operations should a contractor not show up or tardy for their assigned shift. • Responsible for employment advertising and assist in the recruiting process of new applicants • May be responsible for arranging transportation arrangement and/or carpool for contracts for events outside of 60 miles • Liaison between sales and in field team to ensure contract details are correct.
