As our Founding Marketing Strategist, you’ll work directly with the founder to plan, launch, and manage full-scale marketing campaigns. Success in this role means driving meaningful local engagement, exposing home owners to our platform, and helping Kikabid become a recognized brand in our target market. for lead generation • Develop and launch guerrilla marketing strategies • Create engaging short-form content for social media (Reels, TikToks, posts) that drives awareness and engagement • Coordinate the design, production, and distribution of print materials (flyers, postcards, mailers) • Analyze campaign data and performance, making smart adjustments to improve results • Think creatively and strategically — no channel or idea is off-limits if it can drive results • Collaborate with the founder and small team to refine brand voice, messaging, and growth strategy • Plan, manage, and execute paid marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube — including long-form content ads and video-based campaigns • Develop and manage creative campaigns (digital + physical) to reach homeowners with cancelled or expired listings, including retargeting and direct outreach • Oversee end-to-end content production — from ideation to execution — including video ads, blog-style articles, and social content that align with our brand and growth goals • Act as campaign manager for all marketing pushes — including street-level activations, ad spend tracking, and performance reporting • Coordinate with external vendors (print, media, etc.) About Kikabid • Join an early-stage startup with a mission to improve the real estate experience for sellers and agents alike • Play a key role in shaping our brand and go-to-market strategy • Opportunity to grow with the company — this role could evolve into a long-term position based on performance • Be part of a team that values initiative, creativity, and execution
