We're looking for a hands-on designer with a sharp eye for performance marketing, a love for crafting scroll-stopping statics, and the leadership chops to elevate a creative team. This role involves leading the creative direction for all static ad campaigns across platforms, building SOPs and playbooks for ad creation workflows and design testing, and collaborating closely with media buyers, copywriters, and performance teams. You will analyze performance data and creative testing results to inform creative iterations and new concepts. You will also navigate Meta and Google Ads accounts to assess ad performance, interpret metrics, and optimize creative direction accordingly. • Prior experience as a Creative Lead or Strategist • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Clickup, Notion, Google Workspace, and ad platforms • Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
