Our first restaurant, Vesta, opened in 1997 in the Lodo area of downtown Denver. FOH MANAGERS will be responsible for regular management duties and working cooperatively with the GM, FOH managers, BOH managers and staff to ensure that the restaurant operates as efficiently and profitably as possible. A strong commitment to maintaining standards of leadership, service, and food & beverage knowledge are required. Be a strong and positive presence on the floor amongst both guests and staff. Be aware of and take initiative for correction of FOH and BOH cleanliness, repair, and maintenance issues.
