FOH MANAGERS will be responsible for regular management duties and working cooperatively with the GM, FOH managers, BOH managers and staff to ensure that the restaurant operates as efficiently and profitably as possible. A strong commitment to maintaining standards of leadership, service, and food & beverage knowledge are required. Be a strong and positive presence on the floor amongst both guests and staff. • Strong leadership and management skills, including ability to foster teamwork, provide feedback, communicate clearly, and resolve conflict • FOH: Paid Vacation Time (Hourly bar managers do not receive paid vacation)
