We are seeking a STEUBEN’s FOH Management candidate to bolster our team and add a fresh perspective to our brand. FOH MANAGERS will work cooperatively with all FOH and BOH managers and staff to ensure that the restaurant operates as efficiently and profitably as possible. This role combines day-to-day management of service, cost goals, and staffing. Be a strong and positive presence on the floor amongst both guests and staff. Be aware of and assist various restaurant departments in a hands-on way as needed throughout shifts.
