STORE MANAGER POSITION DESCRIPTION The Store Manager is responsible for ordering approved products, merchandising, and selling of the products within his/her area of responsibility. The Store Manager reports directly to the Owners. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES SALES Develop a thorough knowledge of products and related products in your area of responsibility. Provide weekly progress reports to owners. Orient new employees to the department and provide on the job training in areas such as product knowledge, sales, safety, and customer service.
