Store Manager, YA•YE Organics

Our menu is backed by cutting-edge nutrition science and traditional healing wisdom, and as a company, our goal is to disprove common assumptions and myths surrounding plant-based lifestyles. The YA•YE Store Manager is responsible for working cooperatively with the ownership team and staff to ensure the business operates as efficiently and profitably as possible. This role combines day-to-day management of logistics, costs, and staff, and requires a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of leadership, customer service, food and drink execution. -Be a strong and positive presence on the floor amongst both guests and staff. -Perform daily operational duties and food production needs as required, including, but not limited to daily food prep, training, customer transactions, and absorbing labor cost by covering unnecessary hourly employees.
