Responsibilities • Leadership: Leading creative strategy for a large-scale global account; working directly with media and design teams to execute strategic creative tests • Planning: Crafting creative briefs and working directly with account and creative teams to oversee execution from a strategy perspective • Innovation: Leveraging expertise and research to recommend new strategic creative directions that could unlock growth opportunities • Creative Testing & Insights: Tracking progress of creative testing efforts and reporting on trends You will prioritize creative production requests based on factors such as urgency, expected impact, client expectations, and client opportunity. You will create an effective feedback loop between teams to consistently infuse performance signals into new creative production.
