The Workflow: You will regularly switch assignments, focusing on businesses within a 3-5 mile radius of specific congregations or community centers.The Method: Spend approximately 70% of your time on proactive outreach (via phone, email, and video meetings), 20% on market research, and 10% on contract execution.The Flexibility: This remote role requires returning your materials to the Post Office to send them back to the Home Office.Key Responsibilities New Business Development: Identify and close new advertising partnerships to achieve production goals.Consultative Sales: Educate local business owners on the value and ROI of being featured in our community guides and directories.Relationship Management: Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our operations team to ensure a seamless experience.Account Growth: Nurture and enhance large-scale accounts in your local area.Administrative Accuracy: Manage contracts and paperwork meticulously, ensuring assignment materials are returned via USPS upon completion.Compensation & Benefits Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, or equivalent education.Mindset: A motivated self-starter who works well independently without micromanagement.Skills: Proficient in Excel, scanning, email, and PDF management; skilled in calculating discounts and commissions accurately.Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Requirements: Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance.Why Join Guide Book Publishing?
