The Strategic Advertising & Sponsorship Specialist is responsible for growing BBB’s non-dues revenue through digital advertising and sponsorship sales. Every member of our team is responsible for utilizing the skills, tools, and data available to provide exceptional customer service to the public and all BBB stakeholders. Develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to grow our advertising client base Lead strategic consultative calls with newly Accredited Businesses to understand their goals and challenges Prepare proposals, sponsorship decks, and advertising recommendations for prospective clients Design and present customized digital advertising solutions that deliver measurable results Utilize AI-powered tools for lead generation and client insights Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account management Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline tracking, and client records within CRM systems Monitor campaign performance and optimize client results Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and retention Support advertiser renewals and identify upsell opportunities Stay ahead of digital advertising trends and best practices Build long-term relationships with advertisers Attend BBB events and represent BBB at community events appropriately, as requested Base Salary: $23–$25 per hour Commission: Eligible to participate in BBB Central New England's approved Advertising & Sponsorship Commission Plan.
